Tips for Pakistan travelers

  • Apply at least 3-4 weeks before travel since processing can extend beyond 10 working days during peak season
  • Common rejection reasons: insufficient funds, weak ties to Pakistan such as no clear job or business reason to return, inconsistent travel history
  • A clean prior international travel history significantly improves approval chances
  • Extensions of stay must be requested at an immigration office inside South Korea before the visa expires
  • Multiple-entry business visas are easier to obtain with an established trade relationship or prior Korea visa history
