What you need

  • Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings or invitation letter)
  • Round-trip flight reservation
  • Bank statements for the last 3-6 months showing sufficient funds
  • Biometrics (fingerprints and photo) required at the visa application center
  • Cover letter explaining the purpose and itinerary of the trip

Visa types

  • Schengen Tourist (Type C) visa: single, double or multiple entry, valid for short stays up to 90 days within a 180-day period, fee EUR 80
  • Business visa: same category, requires an invitation letter from an Estonian company, fee EUR 80
  • National (Type D) long-stay visa: for study or work purposes, requires a separate application and supporting permit documents

  • Book an appointment at the VFS Global Schengen visa application center for Estonia in Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore
  • Submit the application form, passport, photos, insurance proof, financial documents and itinerary
  • Pay the visa fee (EUR 80) plus the VFS service fee in Pakistani rupees at the center
  • Provide biometrics at the same appointment

  • Collect your passport with the visa decision from the VFS center or opt for courier delivery
