Tips for Pakistan travelers

  • Apply at least 6 to 8 weeks before your planned travel date to allow for processing and possible consular interviews
  • Common rejection reasons include insufficient funds, an unclear travel purpose, or a weak itinerary
  • Since Pakistan has no resident Colombian consulate, applications are often reviewed remotely; respond quickly to any email requests for extra documents
  • Keep digital and printed copies of the approved e-visa, flight tickets, and hotel bookings for immigration checks on arrival
  • Extensions of stay can be requested inside Colombia through Migracion Colombia before the visa expires
