Armenia Visa for Pakistan Citizens 2026

Visa Required

Pakistani citizens are not eligible for Armenia's e-Visa and must apply for a sticker visa at the Armenian embassy or an accredited consulate; fee around USD 60-90, processing 7-10 business days.

Guide last updated October 19, 2026. Always verify with official sources before travel.

What you need

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay
  • Completed Armenian visa application form
  • Two recent passport-size photos (3.5x4.5 cm, white background)
  • Invitation letter (from a host, hotel booking, or company for business trips)
  • Proof of funds: bank statement covering the trip
  • Confirmed return/onward flight ticket
  • Travel health insurance valid in Armenia
  • Biometrics not always required for sticker visas, but some missions request in-person submission

Visa types

  • Single-entry tourist visa: valid up to 21 days, fee approx. USD 60
  • Multiple-entry tourist/business visa: valid up to 120 days with multiple stays, fee approx. USD 90
  • Transit visa: for airport transit beyond 3 hours, fee approx. USD 30

How to apply

  • Pakistan has no Armenian embassy; applications are usually handled through Armenia's mission in India, Iran, or the UAE, or via honorary consuls
  • Complete the paper or online pre-application form and print it
  • Submit the application and supporting documents in person or by courier to the designated mission
  • Pay the visa fee in the currency the mission specifies (often USD)
  • Wait for the decision; the visa is affixed to the passport as a sticker

Fees & processing time

  • Single-entry visa fee: approx. USD 60
  • Multiple-entry visa fee: approx. USD 90
  • No separate service/outsourcing fee for most missions handling Pakistani nationals
  • Standard processing time: 7-10 business days
  • Express processing (where offered): 2-3 business days for an additional fee

Tips for Pakistan travelers

  • Apply at least 3-4 weeks ahead since the nearest mission may be in a third country
  • Common rejection reasons: no invitation letter, weak proof of funds, unclear purpose of travel
  • Keep both courier and in-person submission options in mind depending on which mission accepts Pakistani applications
  • Monitor Armenia's e-Visa eligibility list periodically, as the online evisa.mfa.am system may be extended to Pakistan in future
  • Extensions beyond the visa validity are handled by Armenia's Passport and Visa Department (PPTD) police
