Application process

  • How to apply online (e-Visa): Use the official Molina portal at https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/ to create an account, select the appropriate e-Visa (Tourism or Business), complete the application with personal and travel details, upload requested documents (passport bio page, digital photo, travel itinerary; business applicants should include invitation letter or sponsor details), pay the government visa fee (typically 50 USD) using the available payment methods, and submit. Processing time is typically 3–4 days, after which the e-Visa approval is emailed to you and you should print it to present on arrival.
  • Visa on Arrival (VoA) at ports: Arrive at a designated entry point that offers VoA, proceed to the VoA counter, present your passport, and complete any required arrival forms. Pay the VoA fee of approximately 35 USD in USD or the port's accepted currencies, then wait in the VoA queue for stamping (processing often 20–60 minutes).
