  • Standard processing: up to 3 working days
  • Urgent/express e-visa processing (where offered): same-day to 1 working day for an additional fee
  • No separate service fee beyond the standard e-visa cost when applying via the official portal

Tips for Kenya travelers

  • Apply at least a week before travel to allow for standard e-visa processing and any follow-up document requests
  • Common rejection reasons include a blurry photo upload or mismatched passport details
  • Only use the official government e-visa portal to avoid inflated fees charged by third-party websites
  • Keep a printed copy of the e-visa approval for airline check-in and border control
  • Extensions inside Azerbaijan are handled by the State Migration Service and should be requested before the visa expires
