Hong Kong SAR passport holders can enter Singapore visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism or business; no advance visa application is needed, only a valid passport, an online SG Arrival Card, and proof of onward travel.

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay
  • SG Arrival Card - submitted online (free) within 3 days before arrival via the ICA website or app
  • Proof of onward/return ticket
  • Proof of accommodation
  • Sufficient funds for the stay (not routinely checked but recommended)
  • No visa application form required
  • Biometrics: not required for a visa-free short stay
  • Travel health insurance: recommended, not mandatory
