Tips for France travelers

  • Apply at least a week before departure to allow for standard processing
  • Common delay reasons: missing yellow fever certificate upload, blurry photo scans, or mismatched passport details
  • The official online portal is the standard route for French applicants; no separate VFS/BLS center is needed for Togo
  • Carry both a printed e-visa approval and your yellow fever certificate, as both are checked on arrival
  • Extensions beyond the granted period should be requested at the Togolese immigration office in Lomé before the visa expires
