Tips for Egypt travelers

  • Common rejection reasons: insufficient proof of return intent, inconsistent travel history, weak financial documentation
  • Applying directly through VFS Global Cairo is standard; embassy walk-ins are not accepted
  • Check mvep.gov.hr for the latest document checklist and any changes
  • Overstaying or visa issues can affect future Schengen-area applications, so ensure full compliance
