Fees & processing time

  • E-visa fee: USD 10 (21-day single-entry) up to USD 50 (120-day multiple-entry/365-day window)
  • No extra service fee through the official government portal
  • Total cost estimate: USD 10-50 depending on the chosen validity
  • Standard processing: 2-3 business days
  • Express option: not generally needed given the already-fast standard processing

Tips for Egypt travelers

  • Choose the e-visa validity that matches your actual trip length to avoid overpaying for a longer window than needed
  • Common rejection reasons: blurry photo/passport scan, mismatched personal details
  • Use only the official evisa.mfa.am portal to avoid third-party markups
  • No current bilateral travel restrictions between Egypt and Armenia
  • Extensions inside Armenia are handled through the Migration and Citizenship Service and are possible within the chosen e-visa's maximum window
