  • Entry: Can be single or multiple entry.
  • Approximate fee: USD 40 visa processing fee, plus the SDF (which may be waived or adjusted for certain business arrangements under specific government policies; consult with your tour operator or the MFA for specifics).
  • Other visa categories (e.g., student, work, diplomatic): These are processed on a case-by-case basis and require specific sponsorships or approvals from relevant Bhutanese government agencies. How to apply

  • All nationalities, including Andorra citizens, must apply for a visa through an authorized Bhutanese tour operator or directly via the Bhutan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) portal if eligible for direct application (less common for standard tourism).
