How to apply online

  • Visit the official Zambia e-Visa portal: https://evisa.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm/
  • Create an account or log in if you already have one.
  • Select the appropriate visa type (e.g., Tourist, Business, Transit).
  • Fill out the online application form accurately with all required personal and travel details.
  • Upload scanned copies of your passport, photograph, accommodation proof, return ticket, and any other supporting documents.
  • Pay the visa fee online using a credit or debit card. Fees are charged in USD.
  • Submit the application.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your submission. The e-visa approval letter is usually sent via email within 1-3 working days.
  • Print the e-visa approval letter and present it along with your passport to immigration officials upon arrival in Zambia.
