How to apply online

  • Visit the official e-visa portal: https://evisa.rop.gov.om/
  • Create an account or log in if you already have one.
  • Select 'Apply for e-Visa' and choose the appropriate visa type (e.g., 10-day or 30-day tourist visa).
  • Fill in the online application form accurately with your personal details, passport information, travel dates, and accommodation.
  • Upload required documents: scanned passport bio-data page, recent passport-sized photo.
  • Pay the visa fee using a valid credit or debit card.
  • Submit the application.
  • You will receive an email confirmation. The e-visa approval will be sent to your registered email address within the processing time. Print a copy to present upon arrival.
  • Processing Time: Typically 1-3 working days for standard processing, but can take longer.
  • Fee: 5 OMR (approx. 13 USD) for 10-day visa; 20 OMR (approx. 52 USD) for 30-day visa. Fees are subject to change.
