Algerian citizens can apply for a Liberian e-Visa online before travel — submit the application and documents electronically, fee approx USD 100, processing 5-7 business days, approval emailed as a printable authorization.

What you need

  • Passport valid at least 6 months beyond entry, with 2 blank pages
  • Scanned passport bio-data page (color)
  • Digital passport-size photo, white background
  • Proof of onward/return ticket
  • Hotel booking or invitation letter from a Liberian host
  • Yellow fever vaccination certificate (mandatory for entry)
  • Biometrics: fingerprints and photo captured on arrival at Roberts International Airport
  • Travel health insurance: recommended

Visa types

  • Tourist e-Visa: single entry, valid 30 days from arrival, fee approx USD 100
  • Business e-Visa: single/multiple entry, valid up to 90 days, fee approx USD 150, requires sponsor letter
  • Transit visa: valid 7 days, fee approx USD 50

How to apply online

  • Complete the online application through the Liberian embassy e-visa portal
  • Upload passport scan, photo, yellow fever certificate, and travel itinerary
  • Pay the fee online by card or via bank transfer where card payment is unavailable
  • Processing takes 5-7 business days; approval is sent by email as a PDF authorization
  • Print the approval and present it with your passport at check-in and on arrival at Roberts International Airport

Tips for Algeria travelers
