What you need

How to apply online

  • Visit the official Uganda Immigration e-visa portal: https://visas.immigration.go.ug/
  • Create an account or log in.
  • Select the appropriate visa category (e.g., 'Ordinary Visa' for tourism or short business).
  • Fill out the online application form accurately and completely. Ensure all details match your passport.
  • Upload scanned copies of required supporting documents: passport bio-data page, passport-sized photo, hotel booking/invitation letter, flight itinerary, yellow fever certificate.
  • Pay the visa fee online using a credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard accepted). Fees are usually in USD.
  • Submit your application.
