What you need

  • Accommodation: Proof of hotel bookings or a letter of invitation (Carta de Invitación) if staying with friends or family in Spain. The letter of invitation must be issued by the Spanish police authorities.
  • Return Ticket: A confirmed round-trip flight reservation.
  • Photos: Two recent passport-sized photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background, neutral facial expression, and full face visible.
  • Biometrics: Fingerprints and a digital photograph will be collected at the visa application center (VFS Global). This is mandatory for most applicants.

How to apply
