What you need

  • Photo spec: Two recent color passport photos, 2x2 inches (51x51 mm), white background; head fully visible; no hats or sunglasses unless for medical or religious reasons; photo not older than 6 months.
  • Biometrics: Yes, you will provide fingerprints and a digital photo at the visa appointment at the embassy/consulate.
  • Travel health insurance: Not mandatory for Mexico visa, but it is strongly recommended to have medical insurance that covers illness and accidents during your stay.

  • How to submit: Book an appointment at the Mexican embassy/consulate with jurisdiction over your place of residence (often in Pakistan, UAE, or India, check the official portal for the current jurisdiction) and bring your documents in person.
